By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content, that access is granted to you immediately, and that you waive any right to a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation once the purchase is complete. This applies to individual e-books and to bundles.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, for content you’ve already accessed, or because a program didn’t produce a specific result — every individual responds differently, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Trouble accessing what you bought?
If you’re having a technical problem opening a program you purchased, we want to fix it. Email us at support@simbhattimd.com with your account email and we’ll restore your access.
Community memberships
The community is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal — cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Membership fees and any per-question expedited fees are non-refundable, and we don’t pro-rate or refund partial periods. Expedited fees buy priority in the queue only — not a guaranteed response, response time, or outcome.
